2. Booking and Payment Terms
2.1 Booking Process
To book a skip, clients must provide accurate information regarding the type and size of skip required, delivery address, and duration of hire.
2.2 Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon confirmation of booking.
- Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and bank transfers.
- Late payments may incur additional charges.
3. Usage Conditions
3.1 Proper Use
Clients must ensure that the skip is used for its intended purpose. Overloading or misuse may result in additional fees or termination of service.
3.2 Prohibited Items
- Hazardous materials (e.g., asbestos, chemicals)
- Electronics containing batteries
- Medical waste
Placing prohibited items in the skip may lead to legal consequences and additional charges.
4. Client Responsibilities
4.1 Access
The client must ensure that the skip can be delivered and collected without obstruction. Any additional costs due to access issues will be the client's responsibility.
4.2 Waste Segregation
Clients are responsible for sorting waste appropriately. Failure to do so may result in environmental fines and additional disposal costs.
5. Service Provider Responsibilities

Skip Hire Ealing commits to delivering and collecting the skip within the agreed timeframe, provided there are no unforeseen circumstances.
5.2 Maintenance

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
6.1 Cancellation by Client
Clients may cancel their booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery without incurring a fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before may be subject to a cancellation fee.
6.2 Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of cancellation, provided no service has been rendered.
7. Liability and Insurance
7.1 Limitation of Liability
Skip Hire Ealing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
